About Us

Rosedale Therapeutics is an emerging specialty pharmaceuticals company with a growing line of OTC and prescription products.

Rosedale began in 2004 with Derma Scrub®, Derma Soothe®, Derma Cidol®, Derma Stat®, and Panthoderm® Cream which we acquired from King Pharmaceuticals Inc. Derma® products are formulated specifically for health professionals who are required to wash their hands frequently.

In June, 2006, we launched DermaSep®, an exceptional new concept in skin cleansers- a soap-free antimicrobial designed to cleanse without drying the skin, even with repeated use.

In November, 2006, we acquired Ergomar® (ergotamine tartrate tablets, USP) and Easprin® (aspirin delayed-release tablets, USP) from Harvest Pharmaceuticals Inc.

We endeavor to continue our company growth and product line expansion by developing new products and seeking promising pharmaceuticals in other therapeutic areas.
